About us
Safe Harbor for Life Transitions is a new organisation based in Zürich, Switzerland, dedicated to supporting individuals and communities through the profound and often challenging changes in life including separation and divorce, retirement, grief, and other major life transitions.
We believe that transitions, though often painful, hold the potential for deep growth and transformation. Through workshops, retreats, and access to supportive spaces, we help people navigate these transitions with clarity, dignity, and renewed purpose.
Our first focus is uncoupling. In April 2026 we organize a Conscious Uncoupling Retreat, which offers guidance for individuals and couples seeking to end relationships with compassion, integrity, and care, especially when co-parenting is involved. We collaborate with international experts to create safe, heart-centered environments where change becomes a pathway to empowerment.
More information about our first focus, check out below.
Why we matter
We want to normalize those challenging yet transformative phases of life and to remove the stigma around seeking support. These moments touch everyone. There is no shame in needing support. On the contrary: facing these shifts with care and guidance can lead to deeper clarity, resilience, and personal evolution.
Everyone goes through moments when life changes fundamentally. These transitions hold deep potential for personal transformation. And yet, far too often, people are left to face them alone without the right support, tools, or spaces to navigate the change in a meaningful way.
Conventional systems tend to medicalize or isolate these experiences, rather than empower the individual. What’s often needed is space to explore: to try new things, be inspired, and ask the essential question: Who am I now? How can I accept the changes and move on? What do I need?
When left unaddressed, these life transitions can lead to long-term mental and physical health challenges, loss of potential, and broader social costs. But with timely, holistic support, these same thresholds can become powerful gateways for renewal.
Support the cause
At Safe Harbor for Life Transitions, we create spaces of healing, clarity, and hope for people going through some of the most difficult phases of life — separation, retirement, grief, and other major transitions. Our work empowers individuals to move through these changes with dignity and support, rather than in isolation.
Your donation helps us finance the work we do to realize projects such as “Conscious Uncoupling.”
Every contribution matters.
Whether large or small, your support allows us to hold space for transformation for individuals, families, and the world we share.

Meet the team
At Safe Harbor for Life Transitions, we are a team that believes in the power of transformation through bodywork and connection.
Each member of our team brings their own lived experience, professional expertise, and open heart to this work. We are united by a shared mission: to walk alongside people in their most tender life moments and help them find clarity, strength, and renewal.
We know that life doesn’t always go as planned. That’s why we are eager to work on our projects. Not to fix what’s broken, but to gently hold space for what’s possible.
We are honored to do this work, and even more honored to do it together.
